Room is basic but clean and comfortable, and staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything you'd want at a budget hotel. Couldn't hear any noise from the nearby motorway either. There's no breakfast room onsite so you are given a voucher to use at the Good Breakfast in the services which offers a range of cooked / English breakfast options (meat and vegetarian) - I don't like cooked breakfasts but my boyfriend enjoyed it. :)

I use this venue because it is great value for money, the staff are very accommodating and friendly and it is close to the Squash venue where we attend squash tournaments. The location is next to the M1, so it is convenient, and we have had an amazing sleep on both occasions. I am very pleased, thank you, and I will definitely book again!

Excellent spacious bedroom with one double and one single bed, one window facing the woods, quiet at night time, well heated hotel. Paid car park but cheap (£5/day), plenty spaces available. Pleasant landscape views (green fields and wood). British breakfast in welcome break area the other side of street, my son loved it

Parking just outside the hotel - remember to enter your car registration number at reception. 11.00 am check-out, so didn't have to rush in the morning. Hotel was a little way from the services, so was very quiet.
